Born and raised in Hawaii

I grew up on this island. I've surfed the breaks, hiked the ridges, and eaten at the plate-lunch counters in every neighborhood I work in. When I tell a buyer what a block feels like at 7am on a Tuesday, I'm not making it up — I'm usually the one walking the dog.

West Oahu is my specialty

I focus on Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Mililani, Honolulu (Kakaako / Ala Moana), and Pearl City. That's it. I don't pretend to know Hilo or Maui. The leeward coast is where I live, where I invest, and where my clients buy and sell.
